MANUEL-TURIZO

Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. His music has seen major international advancements into Latin popular music scene. Una Lady Como Tu, his hit from 2016, was awarded the Colombian Kids Choice Award in 2017 for Favorite Song. His debut album ADN was made available by La Industria Inc., a Medellin-based Sony distribution company. The album climbed to number 8 within the Top Latin Albums Chart. Vaina Loca is an album that was a Top Five smash hit in 2010, also featured Noriel alongside Ozuna. He collaborated together with Noriel for Mala Influencia in the year 2020. He in the year following, he released his sophomore album the chart-topping Dopamina. In 2021, he sang an duet with TINI's popular track Maldita Foto. The singer appeared with him in 2023 for 2000, which included the smash hit La Bachata. Turizo comes from a musical background, both his parents and brother also play music. According to him, music was an integral part of his life. As a child studying saxophone and guitar. The first choice for his career was to be a veterinarian however, his brother Julian encouraged him to learn to sing with an instructor from a Cuban teacher. The end result was that he realized his talent for singing and changed the course his life.
